I arrived at the venue early, and the atmosphere was quite laid-back. The bride, groom, and their crew were just hanging out, enjoying the calm before the storm of emotions that was awaiting them. They started getting ready, and to get nervous and excited.

The Ceremony: Real Moments in the Air

They opted for a non-traditional ceremony in a very cute secular chapel on the venue grounds. The couple had put a program and tissues on every seats before the ceremony, and the guests were glad they did as quite a few tears were shed during the different speeches. The bride and groom’s vows were incredibly beautiful too. The ceremony wrapped up with a simple exit under a shower of rose petals.

Cocktail Hour: Relaxed Tunes and Mingling

The venue’s park set the scene for a relaxed cocktail hour. Guests mingled, a live band played, creating a laid-back vibe. I took the chance to capture group shots and those intimate moments. As the sun went down, the bride orchestrated a playful ribbon game instead of having a bouquet toss, adding a touch of whimsy to the celebration. Laughter echoed, creating a light and enjoyable moment for everyone.
