So, when I received my first inquiry for a wedding at Le Domaine des Evis, I was beyond excited. To make it even better, the couple who reached out were an absolute dream—super romantic, undeniably smitten with each other, with a stunning terracotta and green color palette, and an outgoing vibe. Every element was set for an unforgettable wedding!

Making Your Wedding Photos Reflect Who You Are

If you’ve spent some time browsing through my website, social media, or portfolio, you’ll quickly realize that I’m all about authenticity. On the wedding day, if you don’t have a wedding planner, I’ll step in to help coordinate things and keep everything running smoothly so you can focus on enjoying each moment.

My Cute Couple for the Day

These two have the sweetest story! They met at a music festival, both with a huge passion for dancing. She had a bit of a crush on him and decided to make her move by “borrowing” the blue sunglasses he was wearing… repeatedly, because he was completely oblivious to her little maneuver! Eventually, he realized she was trying to catch his eye, and once he did, he couldn’t take them off her. Not long after, they took their first weekend away in an old Citroën 2CV, and their love continued to grow ever since.

As the hopeless romantic I am, you can imagine how moved I was by their story and how clear their love for each other was. I made sure to incorporate little details that represented their journey into their wedding photos. The blue sunglasses he wore when they met? I made sure they brought them along for the wedding, and placed them in their detail shots. And, knowing the significance, I spotted the engraving on his cufflinks that matched the sunglasses. Of course, that had to be photographed!

They also decided to use the same 2CV for their wedding day transport—the very car they took on their first weekend away together. Understanding how meaningful it was, I hopped into the car with them on the way to the church, and then, on the way back, I strapped myself into the boot of the car in front of them, to make sure that 2CV had a prime spot in their wedding day story.
